NephroLife is a haemodialysis patient companion app built and operated by Vijay Anand Bezzala, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: support@nephrolife.in
We collect information you voluntarily enter into the app: your name, age, dialysis details, session logs, blood report values, symptom entries, diet logs, and medication records. We also collect your email address for account creation.
Your data is used solely to provide the NephroLife service — to display your health history, generate insights, and produce PDF reports for you to share with your doctor. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Only you can see your data. If your nephrologist is registered on the NephroLife Doctor Portal, they can view your records in read-only mode. You control what you enter. We do not share individual patient data with any other party without your explicit consent.
NephroLife uses Google Gemini AI to generate lab report summaries and diet advice. Your lab values are sent to Google's API to generate these responses. Google's standard data processing terms apply. No personally identifiable information (name, email) is sent to the AI.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on servers in Mumbai, India. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
NephroLife is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy as the app grows. We will notify users of material changes via the app. Last updated: July 2026.
