Your patients, between visits.
A secure portal that shows who needs attention first, with each patient's full picture one click away, and tools that let your staff keep the record current.
The full picture behind each review.
See who needs attention first.
Your patient list flags high potassium, chest pain, fever, swelling, repeated cramps, a fistula with no buzz and hospital admissions.
See the between-visit reality.
Sessions with IDWG, BP and the problems ticked during dialysis, a 30-day symptoms card and medication adherence you'd otherwise never hear about.
Spot trends in seconds.
Hb, ferritin, TSAT, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, albumin and PTH charted, plus a full lab table including SGPT and ALP.
Know which tests are due.
Tests due on guideline intervals, serology date, height and BMI — on each patient's page.
Notes and targets
Send a patient a note, which can arrive as a phone notification, and set their lab targets and daily diet limits.
Session trends by month
Every logged session as monthly counts and ranges, over 3, 6 or 12 months or all time. A month opens to its sessions.
Access and hospital events
Access type, site and recent checks, plus the last 12 months of hospital events, on each patient's page.
Medicine adherence
Active medications, with the last 14 days of adherence.
Patients stay in control.
You see a patient only after they link to you and you approve — they own their data and can disconnect any time.
The patient doesn't have to type it.
Invite your nurses and technicians, each with their own login. A patient appears on their list only after agreeing in the app.
Session entry
Weight, BP, times, machine readings and injections, with tap choices that work on a phone. If the connection drops, entries wait and send when it returns.
Dialysis book reader
Photograph a book page and AI reads the rows. Staff compare with the book, correct and save, and a name mismatch raises a warning.
Lab sheet reader
AI reads multi-date lab flow sheets. Staff confirm each date before it is added, and nothing starts ticked.
- Staff see the patient's name, schedule, dry weight and session records: no doctor notes, lab reports or billing.
- Every entry is logged with who made it.
- For dialysis sessions the centre's entry takes priority. If staff enter a session on a day the patient already logged, the centre's entry takes over. The book reader skips dates that already have a session.
- Patients can't change a centre entry, but they can flag it as wrong, and the doctor sees the flag.
- Staff access ends if your Doctor plan lapses.
