Common questions
We have 3 or 4 doctors in one clinic or hospital. What do we pay?
₹1,999 a month for each doctor, so 3 doctors pay ₹5,997 a month and 4 doctors pay ₹7,996 a month. One doctor's subscription does not cover another doctor. Each doctor has their own account, 30-day trial and invoices. Staff logins cost nothing extra, and more than one doctor can invite the same staff member.
Who does the Doctor plan cover?
The patients linked to the paying doctor. It does not extend to other doctors' patients at the same centre.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Unless you subscribe, the portal locks and your linked patients' free Pro ends after 7 more days in the app. Their own records stay with them.
How do payments work?
Patient Pro is paid through Google Play and the Doctor plan through Razorpay. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay's or Google Play's payment pages. Razorpay may ask for your consent to save your card. That is with Razorpay: we don't store card or bank details.
